Predictive Maintenance

Predictive maintenance helps us to predict when a failure may occur, so that maintenance can be performed before the asset fails. In this way, downtime of equipment and machinery is reduced and their useful life is maximized.

EasyMaint manages Predictive Maintenance through the Meter and Counter Readings Module. Our system will keep a history of the recorded readings of the asset, where the alarm and emergency parameters of each equipment will have been previously assigned. In this way, the system will issue an alert when maintenance is required to a piece of equipment before it presents a failure.

EasyMaint has different types of measurements: Meter by counter, by count and by measurement. For example, meters are used to record readings from odometers and other devices that carry accumulated readings. Meters by count are obtained from equipment that does not accumulate readings, but readings may vary from day to day or time lapse. Sensor readings can also be taken for any equipment operating parameters, temperature, pressure, volume, vibration, RPM, speed, etc.
